Credit Authorization Agreement
By signing below, I/we authorize CashBridge and its funding partners to obtain consumer credit reports, business credit reports, and/or investigative consumer reports on me/us and my/our business from one or more credit bureaus and other credit reporting agencies, now and as may be needed in the future in connection with any update, renewal, extension, collection, or enforcement of this financing relationship.
I/we also authorize CashBridge to obtain information from banks, creditors, and other financial institutions to verify information provided in this application. I/we understand that CashBridge may share information about my/our credit experience with others in accordance with applicable law.
I/we certify that all information provided in this application is true and correct. I/we understand that any false statements may result in denial of credit or termination of any credit extended. I/we acknowledge that this authorization will remain in effect for the duration of any credit relationship with CashBridge and its partners.
